Origami Boomerang
Prepare a sheet of A4, and cut it lengthwise into two halves. Take one of them, and place the colored side down.
Bend the two top corners inwards so that their tips are level. Carefully work out the folds and unfold the paper.
Pay attention to the center part of the paper: make a concave bend along the dotted line shown in the photo.
Make the same bends along the center and right lines at the top and the lines forming the diamond in the center. The better the paper is worked on the folds, the easier it will be for you in the future.
Slowly and carefully bend the figure, holding it by the opposite sides, until the bottom part is folded at the seams and our figure is a stable figure of the digit “7”.
Then fold the bottom half up, tucking its right corner into the pocket as shown in the photo. Make sure it doesn’t get wrinkled.
Let’s move on to the final touches. A little open the bottom part of the figure, fold the corners inward, work out the folds, and unfold.
Orienting on the fold lines, turn the left corner inward. To do this, press the tip of the corner and press it between the two layers of paper. This technique in the art of origami is called “internal reverse folding”.
An excellent paper boomerang will be an indispensable addition to your collection!
