Origami Crown
Feel like a real queen or king! Maybe even a princess! The most important attribute – the crown will be done in the origami style. A step-by-step master class is presented especially for you.
Fold a square piece of paper measuring 15 by 15 cm horizontally, then vertically.
Fold the square to form an envelope, as in the photo.
Turn the envelope edges down.
Fold the top and bottom edges to the middle, creasing all the folds.
Now mark two more horizontal lines on your figure, as shown in the photo.
Make the bottom fold first, you will have the triangle sticking out. Repeat the same fold on the top part of the figure.
After this step, corner edges will appear on both sides.
Raise the bottom edges of the paper.
Fold the formed corners diagonally, as in the photo.
Make it symmetrical on both sides.
Open up the large triangle in the center of the composition.
Now bend the triangle towards you, so that it starts pointing down.
Fold the top corners of the figure towards the center of the paper.
Open up the triangular “mouth” of the figure.
Lower the raised edges of the paper back.
Raise the top edge, leaving the bottom in place.
Form a crown. To do this, pull up the middle and gently open the crown.
Straighten the peaks of your crown, and make them look up.
Work on the folding lines to give the crown the right shape.
Just a few more accents on the edges and corners.
This is the beauty you made. The crown will look great on your voluminous crafts or toys!
