Origami Desk
An easy origami table can be made for a small dollhouse. You only need one sheet of paper to make it. You can use double-sided printer paper. The main thing is to follow all the steps sequentially according to the proposed instructions. The shape is simple, even novice origami fans can handle it.
Take a sheet of square paper measuring 15 by 15 cm.
Fold the sheet in half along the horizontal and vertical axis, then open it back up.
Connect the side edges along the center line.
Rotate the shape 90°. Fold the sides towards the center. You will end up with a smaller square than the original one.
Gather the top and bottom edges in the center, crease the edges, and unfold them back. Two additional lines will appear.
Bend the upper right and left edges to the first line. Crease well and unfold the sheet again.
Lift the paper at the top and make a squash fold. The paper and edges need to be bent and pressed (see the result in the photo).
Repeat the sixth and seventh steps for the bottom of the paper (result in the photo).
Notice the two dotted lines on the figure. Folds must be made along them, crease them well with your fingers.
Begin to open the table, transforming it into a three-dimensional figure. To do this, you need to carefully open a three-dimensional object from a flat origami craft.
Side flaps, assembled from squash, become table legs.
