Origami Dog
They say that all people are divided into two types: cat people and dog people. What do you think? Do you belong to one type or do you love all of them at once?
No matter what type of person you are, in any case, you will not be able to remain indifferent to this cute origami dog. It has a special feature: it consists of two parts (head and torso), so when you connect them, you can choose the position of the head.
Below you can find detailed instructions for the body of the dog, and you can fold the head using the instructions on the other page of the site. Enjoy the process and admire the result!
Take a 15×15 cm piece of origami paper of the desired color.
Fold it diagonally.
Fold the left edge inward by about 1.5 cm.
Now little by little open the paper and make a flattening fold at the top.
On the right corner, make two folds along the dotted lines as shown in the photo.
Work through the folds and unfold.
Using the folds as a guide, make a double reverse fold.
The corner should not sink completely, but stick out a little.
The body of the dog is ready.
Now all that is left is to join the two parts together.
On top of that, you can draw your new pet a funny facial expression, depicting some emotion. They say that some animals can laugh, and we think this is the case here.
