Origami Headhunter Airplane
This aircraft model is called “Headhunter” for its speed and focus. You can easily assemble it with your own hands. As a result, you will get a prototype of a light and fast aircraft that will enhance your origami collection.
To create this masterpiece, you only need thick paper and a few minutes of your time. Try it and you will definitely love this easy assembly method and the finished craft!
Prepare a rectangle measuring 22×28 cm. You can make it larger or smaller; just remember to preserve the same ratio.
Fold the paper in half vertically and unfold.
Use your eye to visually divide the paper into 2 parts or take a ruler and make necessary measurements.
Fold the left and right pieces in half.
Next, work with the top portion of the paper.
Bend the corners towards the center.
Bend the paper from the center to the edge, as shown in the photo.
Fold the figure in half along the vertical axis.
Turn the figure over to the other side before you bend the bottom edge up.
You need to have both parts of the craft become symmetrical.
Open the resulting figure and smooth the folds.
Turn over to the front side, so you can proceed to the next step.
Bend the top corner down towards you, then bend the corner of the resulting triangle up, away from you.
Return the corner to its original position.
Fold the left and right edges of the shape, as shown in the photo.
Secure the folds by folding the corner up.
Turn the paper over to the wrong side up and fold the figure you are working on in half horizontally.
Fold both sides of the shape in half, creating the future wings of the aircraft; first one, then the other.
Straighten the aircraft, giving the craft a finished look.
