Step 1

Take a rectangular sheet of paper (printer paper is fine).

Step 2

Bend the paper along both center lines alternately, crease the folds well, and unfold.

Step 3

Fold the four corners to the vertical center line, and then bend crosswise.

Step 4

You should get a trapezoid with its wider base pointing up, just like in the photo.

Step 5

Place the paper with the fold up. Fold the right and left corners down and towards the center crease.

Step 6

Repeat the fold on the left side, and you will get a rhombus with a split in the center.

Step 7

Now, fold the shape in half.

Ready. Lift the clapper up, holding the protruding corners, with the open part down. Then, quickly lower down – you get a clap. To repeat it, simply insert the valve that popped up inside. Enjoy the game!
