Do not know where to put quail Easter eggs or hairpins with varnishes? There is a way out – a spacious, bright, and original origami basket. Its crafting will not take much time but will require attention and following the instructions properly. The basket can be presented as a separate gift, or put something in it and make a great wrapping out of it. It can also be used as a decorative element, or just for storage.

Step 1

Make a square base out of 15×15 centimeters of paper. Unfold it open side up.

Step 2

Fold the top corner down and press.

Step 3

Fold the bottom corner up with the reverse side facing up.

Step 4

Now take a new square sheet, and place it with the colored side down. It will be needed for making the handle of the basket. Fold it in half, as shown in the picture, and spread it out.

Then fold the sides to the center line.

Fold both edges to the center again and fold both moans together.

We have a handle for the basket.

Fold the handle in half. Attach it to the base of the first model. Refer to the image.

Grasp the base and bottom of the handle. Fold this honor up to the center line.

Do the same on the back side of the piece.

Fold the side corner inward.

Step 14

Repeat with the remaining three corners.

Grasp the tops of the basket and fold them down. See images.

Spread the basket by pressing down on the bottom.

It should become flat.

Fold the sides inward and round the handle by pressing down on the top.

A bright and spacious basket is ready. Show it off to your friends. Put everything you need in it and go for a walk.
